Jean-Christophe Franoux is Managing Director of AIXIAL Group, the CRO of ALTEN GROUP.
Jean-Christophe FRANOUX has previously served as Director of Business Unit and Director of Business Development, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s business in the CRO industry during 12 years. Prior to this, he worked as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. Jean-Christophe received his master of business engineering from « EBI » and his master of science in Biology and Genetic from the University « Pierre et Marie Curie » of Paris . Jean-Christophe joined ALTEN and AIXIAL in 2016. Since 2020, he has been the Managing Director for Larix. 

Cedric Stephan has a Master Degree in Finance from Brest Business School (2004). He started his career working in the Telecom industry as a financial consultant for more than 2 years before he joined ALTEN Group. He started at the headquarter as finance controller in 2006 and has occupied several positions in the Group (France and International). Since July 2021, he has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of AIXIAL Group.
